What's a cookie?
A small piece of data your browser stores on your device, and sends back to us on later visits. We use a small number of them, listed in full below: no third-party advertising or tracking cookies, and nothing is sold or shared with anyone else.
Strictly necessary
These keep the site working and are set automatically: they're not covered by the "Accept all / Necessary only" choice on the cookie banner, because Tradeora can't function without them.

Your light/dark mode preference is stored separately, in your browser's local storage rather than a cookie — it's never sent to our server.
Preference (optional)
Only set if you choose "Accept all" on the cookie banner. If you choose "Necessary only", none of these are set, and nothing changes about how the site works, except that we won't personalize the homepage for you.

Changing your mind
Clearing your browser's cookies for this site removes all of the above and, next visit, shows the cookie banner again so you can choose afresh. There's currently no in-app toggle beyond that; if you'd like one, let us know at info@tradeora.co.za.
